VIIF Gestion

VIIF Gestion Sàrl is the Investment Adviser to the SICAV-SIF Versailles III Insurance Investments Fund (www.versailles3.lu), a collective investments Luxembourg vehicle investing exclusively in insurance related businesses.

The company has been incorporated in March 2013.

It provides the management of Versailles III Insurance Investments Fund with recommendations regarding potential investments.

VIIF Gestion has so far selected for the account of the fund investment in three life insurance companies (Liechtenstein – www.quantumleben.com/?lang=en  & www.nucleus.li  and Cayman Island - www.tricapassurance.com ), one insurance brokerage platform (Luxembourg – www.ibseurope.com) and one MGA (Switzerland – www.assitheque.com).

VIIF Gestion is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nucleus Management Sàrl.
